Household Responsibilities
All residents will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of both the inside and outside of the property of The Lighthouse. All, without exception, will participate and perform whatever their responsibility becomes.
Each person daily:
- Dishes
- Countertops
- Kitchen Floor
- Shower-up and down
- Bathroom-garbage, toilet, sink, etc. like sundries
Weekly Tasks:
- Floors-Wash/Vacuum
- Bathrooms-Wipe everything
- Kitchen Cabinets-Wipe everything
- Dust-Bedrooms/Living Rm./Sun Room
- Garages-Sweep/Straighten
- Wash Bedding-your own (sheets & pillow cases)
- Door Handles-Throughout House
Monthly Tasks:
- Baseboards-Wipe/Dust
- Above Doors & Windows-Wipe/Dust
- Refrigerator-Wipe and Clean
- Oven-Wipe/Clean
- Fan Blades-Dust
- Closets-Thoroughly Clean
Exterior maintenance will depend on the season
