Light or dark?

John 8:12 “When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said,’I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”‘ When The Lighthouse ministry began we wondered what would be a theme verse representing the thought behind that ministry which helps those who suffer from addiction.  John 8:12 was chosen.  Without Jesus as our Light we have no light or life.  With Him as our Guide we will never be without Light or Life.  This verse has proven to be a very accurate theme and guide for both the ministry and the men and women who are receiving our Savior’s comfort.
