Really —Perfect? How?

Colossians 1:22-23a “But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—if you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel.” Because of our Savior you and I are forgiven when we confess we need forgiveness and become faith filled loved adopted children of God.  The difficult to understand truth happens–we become perfect before God and are heirs to eternal life.  Jesus’ birth, life, death and resurrection become wonderful celebrations.  Santa Claus and the Easter bunny only become distractions from the real meaning of Christmas and Easter.
