Romans 5:3 “…we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” As faithful followers of our God we recognize that in all circumstances we praise Him.  When times are the best we praise and rely on God and when times are seemingly the worst we rely on God.  He is by our side at all times.  We often hear—why God are you allowing this to happpen?  For a Christian this passage gives each of us insight. Have you ever told a person–have a day of suffering, you will be blessed because of it.  If you ever do tell a person that you will be remembered and maybe that would be a blessing in disguise. We pray for Marilyn:Dear Richard,
As we age we may have more and more health issues!   Me having breast cancer twice and now CMML.   But my arthritis which only gets worse from taking the cancer pill, has given me a new left knee and a new right hip!   On May 22,  my left hip will be replaced and the doctor doesn’t know how I made it this far because it should have been done five years ago! I also need a new left shoulder but because I developed lymphedema from my mastectomy I was afraid to have it done since it’s on the same side! I guess I am asking for a few extra prayers, because of all of my problems and issues that this surgery will go smooth and easy so that I can walk again.
May God continue to bless us all, and keep us in his care.  God Bless
    Marilyn
