whose pleasure?

Psalm 119:175 “Let me live that I may praise you, and may your laws sustain me.” Notice the first half of this verse.  You and I live much of our lives with the thought—let me live for my own pleasure—let me live to satisfy myself.  Is our Psalmist telling us to live to praise God in all of our thoughts, words and actions?  He surely is.  You and I must pray again–Thy will be done.  Let me live that I may praise You!
