Psalm 39:7 “But now, Lord, what do I look for?  My hope is in you.” A secure, trusted and steadfast mind with a close loving relationship with God is what gives you and me a hope which guarantees a life both now and eternally of contentedness and value.  All earthly assets are temporary.  They are blessings which are enjoyable, but they are very temporary.  To acquire temporary while ignoring eternal is beyond foolish.  We trust God and his Word both now and eternally.
