The promise of Jesus

Ephesians 3:6 “This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.” The most important and profound promise ever made we are in the midst of celebrating.  That is, God’s promise to send a Savior into the world for all of mankind.  Everyone on the face of the earth has been given this important and profound promise.  Obviously, not everyone accepts and enjoys the most love promise ever made—that is a sad truth.  The true meaning of Christmas celebrates our God’s fulfilled promise.  Therefore, you and I celebrate and rejoice that we have become heirs and inherit all the wonders our God offers.  Again, thank you, God!
