Who has insight?

Psalm 119:99 “I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statues.” Our Psalmist is not arrogant or full of self-centeredness.  Our Psalmist is simply stating a truth–he meditates on God’s truths and he therefore becomes wise.  Conversely, he is also saying–those who ignore God’s word lack wisdom and understanding.  Each of us, as even our Psalmist, has a personal choice: wisdom, understanding, insight or the self-thought considerations of this world.  Our Psalmist simply states the outcome.
